Imagine.

You have joined The Pineapple Pump Project. Your exercise and meal plans have been set up for you. Each day, you know what you will eat, when you will eat, and how much you will eat. You already know which days each week you will work out. On your workout day, you step into the gym (or wherever you work out) and all you have to do is open the app and get started.

It’s that easy.

Save time and avoid the headache and stress of setting up a fitness plan. We get to know your individual goals and lifestyle so that we can create an effective plan that will get you results. This includes:

  • Weekly meal plans. We calculate your macros and use that information to build meals so that you know what to eat, and how much to eat each day. We even get to know your daily schedule so that we can plan meals around your availability.

  • Weekly exercise plans. We build a plan based on the number of days you can go to the gym, as well as the goals you have shared. The plans are located in an app that you can use on your phone, which has videos for you to watch how to do exercises. The app also records your workouts so that you can see the weights you used, and how many reps you got.

  • Check-ins and support. We want to know how you are feeling, if you like the meals you are eating, and how the workouts have been going. We will make any adjustments needed each week to ensure that you are making progress.

Introductory 8 Week Program

This program is for new clients who want to try online fitness coaching, and begin to learn the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition. At the end of 8 weeks, you will have a solid foundation, and new habits that will help you continue on your fitness journey. We will build exercise and nutrition plans to get you started towards your dream body.

 

12 Week Calendar Challengers

This program is a three month challenge that will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of the lifestyle techniques that will help you reach your goals, and maintain your ideal level of fitness going forward. You will get the customized plans, the support, and the tools you need to feel your best.

 

6 Month Total Body Transformers

A six month commitment to yourself, to your health, and to the life you want to build. This program is for the dedicated! Learn how to create a longer term goal, and strengthen the habits that will get you there. We will work with you over six months to keep the workouts meals fresh, while keeping you motivated and focused.

 

Month-to-Month

If you are worried about making a longer financial or time commitment right now, consider a month-to-month program. It will automatically renew until you cancel, which you can do at any time, no questions asked.

 

Basic Budget Friendly Guides

We totally understand if you cannot afford a more comprehensive program right now, but you still want to work on your goals. Or, maybe you have some experience, but you feel stuck doing the same exercises, and you need help keeping it fresh. These guides do not include customized exercise and nutrition plans, or weekly support. They are pre-designed self-guided plans to get you moving.
